Garden Views: The lush greenery surrounding the property was simply breathtaking. It felt like stepping into a fairytale, with vibrant flowers and tall trees framing the picturesque garden views. It was like having my own private oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed three nights at Terry and Cindy's B&B, and it was our best B&B experience yet! The hosts were fantastic, and the location was perfect, offering easy access to Mission Bay and the city center. The studio apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had a separate entrance with a beautiful view of the garden terrace. The breakfast provided was amazing, including muesli, fruit, yogurt, toast. The little touches like biscuits and fresh fruit in the room made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you again Terry and Cindy for the wonderful hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, situated in a quiet suburb but still close enough to the city. The local bus stop was just a minute's walk away, making it easy for us to explore the area. The tropical garden surrounding the hotel was a lovely touch, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, catering to all dietary needs. the rooms were well equipped with amenities like cooking appliances and heaters, ensuring a comfortable stay. the location was central and convenient with easy access to key spots in the city.

The signage was poor making it hard to find. the rooms were smaller than what we expected, making movement difficult.

Not only is it conveniently located near public transport, which is only a minute walk away, but it's proximity to the airport and city centre makes it an ideal option. If you're looking for a good meal or coffee, there's an excellent cafe nearby. the accommodations are comfortable, spacious and clean, providing you with everything you need for a work trip away. Guests rave about the tasty breakfast, fresh fruit, and impeccably clean facilities.

There isn't much in the way of a view from the accommodations.

All was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great and the room was sparkling clean. The location was superb, close to public transportation and located in lovely surroundings with access to a tropical garden. The breakfast was fantastic and homemade, with fresh fruit and muesli being our favorites. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable touristic advice and recommendations in pleasant surroundings.

We got amazing value for our money at this cozy B&B. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and felt like a little apartment with its separate entrance. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the CBD bus stop and a quick drive to restaurants. Terry and Cindy made us feel incredibly welcome, and we loved chatting with them over breakfast. If you prefer privacy, they even offer the option to have breakfast in your room with a small kitchenette. Thank you, Cindy and Terry, for a wonderful stay!

Spent xmas in a great location with easy access to city centre by bus. Enjoyed a spacious and tidy room with a separate entrance, which provided privacy and a nice garden view. Breakfast included muesli, toast, fresh fruit and delicious scrambled eggs.

There was a noisy gutter outside the room during the heavy xmas rain, which was a bit annoying. However, the owners were aware of the issue and were probably fixing it after our stay.
